Once a new recruit successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a part of our family, their personal training and development program will be created and assigned by their mentor. At the beginning of every subsequent year thereafter, every member of our team will be given a Training Year Plan which has been created by the HR team in collaboration with the relevant supervisors and customized for each job position. We make constant investments in our employees’ development and continually review and revise our training programs to ensure that they remain up-to-date and fully in-tune with the latest ideas, techniques and information. Because we believe that our success thrives on the strength of our people, we provide numerous training and professional development opportunities in both structured and non-structured environments to help our people excel in their chosen career path. The journey of professional and personal growth begins as soon as you join the AEK Group. Each new recruit will first go through The New Joiner Orientation Program, which is designed to help them become comfortable with their new workplace and fully prepared for their upcoming assignments.
